We measure your conditioned space, check orientation, window area, insulation and duct condition, then calculate the exact cooling load. This determines system size — not a rule of thumb, not the size of your old unit.

Written quote and system selection

Protect, disconnect, remove
Floors and walkways get covered before anything moves. We recover the old refrigerant to code, disconnect electrical and lines, and haul the old equipment away — indoor and outdoor.

Set, braze, and connect
New pad and condenser set, air handler positioned, line set brazed under nitrogen, condensate routed properly, and the whole system pulled into a deep vacuum before charging. This is the step rushed installs skip.
